PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING!

 If you have ANY issues with your order, please reach out immediately. After 7 days, we will no longer be able to do a return, or try to fix the issue. Any and ALL refunds (if an order is incorrect) will be given under a store credit! Our email is: mommamatic.customerservice@gmail.com

⚡️ When returning an item, you will not be credited until we have received the item. 

⚡️ We will NOT accept ANY shirts back that have been worn other tHan to try on! All shirts must be returned new + unused. 

⚡️ Our quoted TAT (Turn Around Time) is 7-14 business days. 98% of the time we get out orders way sooner, but we like to have that extra time if something comes up! 

⚡️ Holidays, Vacations + Weekends are NOT included in the 7-14 business day TAT! Please join our Facebook Group or follow our page for Out Of Office notices!

⚡️ ALL invoices are due within 24 hours! Your order will be cancelled if still unpaid after a reminder has been sent!

⚡️ If you choose to pickup your order versus ship, please be sure to come by within two weeks to get your package! Packages here longer than 2 weeks will be required to ship. Packages left longer than 4 weeks will be discarded with NO refund! We will give you plenty of warnings beforehand so please don’t make me be that business owner 🥲
